Job Title: Outbound Sales and Business Development Specialist - Latam

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9 am to 6 pm EST

Job Description:

Are you an expert in crafting compelling outreach campaigns that yield results? Are you adept at navigating the digital landscape to uncover new business opportunities? We are seeking a dynamic Outbound Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team and drive growth through targeted outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Outreach: Utilize a combination of cold email, LinkedIn, and other tools to identify and engage potential prospects and candidates.
  • Campaign Development: Develop and execute tailored outreach campaigns, including building lists, enriching data, and testing and iterating on email copy for maximum impact.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with prospects and candidates through personalized communication and follow-up.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM or other system of record, ensuring data integrity and facilitating seamless collaboration.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously refine and optimize outreach strategies, documenting successful playbooks, templates, and processes to drive efficiency and scalability.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional support to prospects and candidates, addressing inquiries and building FAQ playbooks to streamline communication.

  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and a knack for leveraging technology to streamline workflows and drive productivity.
  • Determination: A relentless work ethic and a "grinder" mentality, willing to put in the effort to achieve ambitious goals.
