Hello We are Wizards.lat, and in this opportunity we are seeking a **dynamic and self-motivated Business Developement Representative** to join our client to develop accounts in the North American market.

Our client is a **fast-growing corporate gifting platform startup based in the USA** that helps companies enhance their employee engagement and client relationships through personalized gifting and swag solutions.

**What you'll do**

**Outbound Sales**:

- Develop, implement and maintain outbound sales playbooks and strategies to target large tech enterprises.
- Multi-thread and navigate the sales process to secure meetings and close deals with larger organizations.

**Inbound Sales**:

- Handle small inbound deals independently, ensuring a high conversion rate and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to manage and close larger inbound deals.
- Maintain a proactive approach to nurturing and growing the inbound sales pipeline.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience in outbound sales.
- Exceptional spoken English skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful outbound sales strategies.
- Strong selling skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Nice to have**
- Experience in Sales in HR Tech, SaaS, or related industry is a plus.
- Experience using CRM tools and sales/prospecting platforms.

**Compensation Package**
- USD 2,500 monthly base salary (annual USD 30,000), with the opportunity to earn significantly more through sales commissions.
