Al asumir la posición de **Sales Director**, dentro de la unidad de negocios de SN, tendrás el desafío de diseñar la estrategia comercial para maximizar la captura de la demanda, garantizando las ventas de la Compañía a través del desarrollo de un sistema de rout to market eficiente e inversiones rentables y sostenibles.
Por otro lado, potenciará las estrategias de cada Business Unit, a través de planes específicos por canal y cliente, desarrollando la forma más eficiente de llegar a pacientes y consumidores, con la arquitectura de precios adecuada.
Entre sus** responsabilidades principales**, encontramos:
- Definición de la estrategia comercial a largo plazo y de las decisiones estructurales del área en término de prioridades, necesidades de budget, principales indicadores de performance y organigrama por gerencia.
- Tendrá a su cargo los sigs. canales: Farmacias, Modern Trade, Proximity, Instituciones, E-Business, Acceso a Pagadores y Best Care.
- Desarrollo del Plan Comercial anual: estrategia por canal, unidad de negocio, unidad terapéutica, modelo de distribución y servicios asociados a Specialided Nutricion a nível nacional.
- Diseño y ejecución de la estrategia de precios integral: definición por unidad terapéutica y productos considerando posicionamiento estratégico, competencia, costo e inflación.
- Elaborar la política comercial por canal y garantizar la implementación de la misma.
- Realizar análisis de mercado, canales y competencia para maximizar la captura de oportunidades, generar nuevos negocios y minimizar riesgos.
- Maximizar el rendimiento por canal: definición de Route to Market, diseño de clusters, surtido por canal, promociones y acciones de flexibilización, clientes.
- Elaborar informes de seguimiento de la gestión, ejecución de puntos de venta y realizar presentaciones del área: Región, Gerente General, equipo y otras áreas.

**Experiência** previa en áreas comerciales de consumo masivo y pharma.
