**Minimum qualifications**:

- 15 years of experience in the sales/business development function focused on enterprise customers
- 10 years of experience selling Cloud IT solutions to companies
- 10 years of experience leading teams

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Experience with marketing or sales support in developing product, solution messaging, narratives, and value propositions
- Experience in customer engagement and growing the business/product
- Experience in commercial sales in a global organization, leading in a hyperscale growth environment, and cloud computing
- Deep expertise and experience working successfully in the South America market with an excellent market reputation and actionable list of network contacts
- Technical depth and knowledge of enterprise software/infrastructure marketplace
- Effective cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills

**About the job**:
As the Sales Managing Director of Google Cloud Multi-Country Organization (MCO), you'll have a highly visible leadership role in a fast-growing, quick-moving area of Google’s business. You will drive the team to meet and exceed business growth goals while driving customer satisfaction. You will have an understanding of the technology of Google’s solutions in the enterprise space, and bring an operational approach to recruiting, coaching, and managing your team.

In this role, you will utilize your player-coach mindset, and you're equally comfortable and effective at interfacing with customer executives and working in the details of a large business agreement. You will have the opportunity to leverage entrepreneurial talents, and will run the business autonomously while leveraging where the group fits into the broader organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a team of sales directors and managers to meet quarterly and annual business growth goals for the region, by working with enterprise companies with a constant trend up-market.
- Recruit talent and coach the team with a focus on providing actionable, forthright feedback.
- Create and drive innovative programs focused on achieving growth at scale. Work through and directly manage details in the business as needed.
- Work at an executive level with customers/prospects and participate directly in the key agreements and accounts within the region.
- Continue to inject operational excellence into the organization.
