We are representing one of the world's leading B2B Travel Provider who is expanding their business to Malaysia. Inline with their expansion plan, they are seeking for a Country Manager who is passionate in sales and keen to explore into tourism industry Job Description The Country Manager will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the market for (B2B travel platform) within Malaysia. This role includes developing a sales strategy, building a strong agent base, and recruiting and leading a high-performing sales team within the country. Kickstart the B2B sales for the Malaysia market, starting with Kuala Lumpur, and then expanding to the entire country. Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to grow the agent base and achieve revenue targets. Analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Drive market penetration and enhance brand visibility in the country. Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Requirements Min 8+ years of sales/ business development work experience in the Travel, FMCG, or any industry . Passionate in building new business, sales & tourism industry Ability to analyze data and trends. Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking). If candidate has prior experience in selling outbound destinations or HAJ/UMRAH packages- this would be ideal Good knowledge of destinations, agents, and hotels in the region.
