Open Time: (9am-5pm EST)

Position Overview: As a Business Development Manager at Unbridaled, you will play a critical role in expanding our customer base within the jewelry & diamond industry. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, approach, and onboard customers onto our marketplace.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of outside sales experience.
- A strong understanding of the diamond market, grading standards, and pricing trends
- Extensive professional network within the US diamond retailers, designers, and manufacturers that source diamonds.

**Responsibilities**:
Customer Acquisition: Identify and approach potential customers, including retail jewelers, designers, and manufacturers. This will entail travel to visit and close customers.
- Cold calling is a must and the person should be very comfortable making cold calls
- Develop and implement effective strategies to attract and convert new users onto Unbridaled.
- Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads, negotiations, and closures. Utilize our CRM to keep accurate records of interactions and effectively manage the sales process.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in the diamond jewelry industry. Act as a brand ambassador, representing Unbridaled's mission and value.
- Reporting: Provides regular reports on sales activities progress and result to the management team, Use data
- driven insights to refine strategies and achieve targets.
