**Position Overview**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in Argentina, targeting U.S. clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Client Acquisition**:

- Identify and target potential U.S. clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Lead all aspects of the sales process, including client presentations, proposals, and negotiations.

**Relationship Management**
- Establish and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Organize and participate in client meetings, both in Argentina and the U.S.
- Manage post-sale relationships to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.

**Market Analysis**
- Conduct market research to understand trends and competitive landscape in the consulting industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies that position our services advantageously in the market.

**Sales Strategy Development**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and presentations.
- Ensure alignment of sales strategies with company objectives and client needs.

**Team Collaboration**
- Work closely with the consulting delivery team to ensure smooth project onboarding and execution.
- Coordinate with global teams to share best practices and insights.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the consulting industry.
- Proven track record of successfully selling consulting services to U.S. clients.
- Strong understanding of offshore and nearshore operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Ability to travel frequently to the U.S. for client meetings and networking events.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
