ChainUp is seeking technically-savvy Technical Support to join its dynamic specialist team that provides to prospective and existing customers (locally and globally).

As a Technical Support, you will play a crucial role in providing technical expertise during both pre-sales and post-sales.

Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of the sales-to-delivery cycle, including presales technical support, product demonstration, product proof-of-value, solutioning, product onboarding and delivery support.

**Responsibilities**

1. Assist in client product demonstration and collaborating with sales and customer success teams to help engage potential clients during presales engagement

2. Perform technical evaluation to ensure the product is fit-for-purpose, and where required, to deliver proof-of-value

3. Provide post-sales technical support to ensure product is onboarded into client's operating environment, collaborating with project manager and customer success to ensure successful client delivery

4. Communicate and coordinate efforts with ChainUp's product teams based in China to service existing and prospective clients

5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance, and addressing inquiries from internal stakeholders.

6. Efficiently handle assigned pre-sales tasks and post-sales projects, ensuring tasks are well managed and delivered.

**Job Requirements**

1. Education: At least a diploma or degree in a technology-related field.

3. Technical Skills: Proven knowledge of common programming languages

4. Proficiency in Spanish is a must, while fluency in either English or Chinese. Knowing Portuguese is a plus.

5. Teamwork: Ability to work in a team environment, supporting colleagues across functional teams and promoting positivity.

6. Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks assigned simultaneously, ability to prioritize to meet deadlines.

**Salary**: Up to $2,480,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- presales or project implementation: 2 years (required)
- Presales or Tech delivery in FinTech related: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Spanish (required)
- English (required)
- Chinese (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:
