**Join Our Team**:
**Main Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Query Resolution**: Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving their issues with speed and efficiency.
- **Feedback Collection and Analysis**: Gather and analyse customer feedback to identify recurring issues or potential improvements, contributing to a better product and service offering.
- **Customer Success**: Work closely with the customer success team to identify opportunities for account growth and increased satisfaction.
- **Product Support**: Provide support and guidance to customers using our platform, including troubleshooting and advice on best practices.
- **Reporting and Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions, providing valuable insights to the product and sales teams.
**What We're Looking For**:
- Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in the tech or FMCG sector.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to empathise with and understand customer needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer issues.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software.
- A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of additional languages is beneficial but not required.
- Passion for technology and belief in its potential to positively transform customer experiences.
