About the Role:
- Provide top-notch customer and technical support via calls, emails, and chats
- Gather technical information to resolve complex cases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Work with sensitive customer information while maintaining confidentiality
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent German and English language skills (C1 level, written and verbal)
- Basic knowledge of Intercom
- Experience in handling customer communication via phone calls
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Independent and proactive approach to work
- Personal laptop or computer with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
