We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Wibit Consulting & Services in Lisbon, Portugal.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to small and medium-sized businesses across various channels, ensuring a seamless advertising experience. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with diverse clients and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
- As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing pre- and post-sales support via chat, email, and phone.
- You will work closely with the team to identify trends and resolve technical issues, ensuring that clients receive the best possible service.
- Your expertise in resolving complex problems will be invaluable in delivering a positive attitude towards the brand.
- You will maintain and update all job-related administrative forms, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Turkish speaker, both written and spoken, with fluency in English (at least B2 level).
- A minimum of 6 months' experience in customer service roles, preferably in the advertisement industry.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- A resourceful personality that can adapt to changing situations and work independently while being a team player.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and evenings.

- A competitive salary range: €28,000 - €38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
