Como Customer Support tu misión será proporcionar una experiência excepcional a nuestros usuarios, estableciendo un estándar de servicio que refleje la innovación y la confianza que representamos. Tu compromiso es comprender las necesidades individuales de cada cliente y ofrecer soluciones efectivas, construyendo relaciones sólidas y fomentando la lealtad. Eres la cara experta que guía a nuestros usuarios a través de sus experiências financieras digitales, contribuyendo activamente al desafío de construir servicios financieros globales e inclusivos

**¿Qué desafíos te esperan?**
- Gestionar, resolver dudas y reclamos utilizando el CRM contratado para el intercambio de tickets.
- Actualizar información de documentos y preguntas frecuentes
- Interactuar y escalar casos complejos a las áreas competentes
- Atender requerimientos del usuario y hacer las modificaciones pertinentes cuando lo solicite
- Tomar decisiones basadas en las herramientas relacionadas a soporte para brindar una respuesta asertiva
- Cumplir y seguir los lineamientos del sistema de compliance de la empresa.
- Cualquier otra función inherente/asignada al cargo.

**¿Qué necesitamos de vos?**
- Experiência previa en roles de atención al cliente/comunicación digital o remoto
- Excelentes habilidades de interpretación y escritura (inglés y español)
- Es un plus si tienes conocimientos en datos y manejo de herramientas digitales
- Proactividad y empatía con foco en el usuario
- Que seas autónomo, prudente y criterioso
- Lo más importante muchas ganas de aprender

**Modalidad de contratación**
- Este puesto es 100% remoto.

- Salario : 500 usd
