**Responsibilities**:
2. Run interactive software demos, showcasing our product’s unique benefits.
3. Log, track, and resolve customer interactions using our CRM.
4. Collaborate with our tech team to resolve complex issues and provide product feedback.
**Qualifications**:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer support role in a SaaS or technology company.
3. Excellent communication skills and technical aptitude.
4. Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and good quality video conferencing setup.
