Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
The SM team helps in driving our initiative called “Service Excellence”. This aims to reduce the impact of incidents on our environment using best practices
Create and managed dashboards based on tickets, including analysis of trends and identification to reduce issues
Deliver training to ops teams on how to manage key SLAs
Critical/Major incident management and follow up on post incident reviews and retros
Within the Aspen Tool, keep and maintain automated reports and dashboards
Manage and update the main service management reporting tools to include Smartsheet, PPT, PBI reports)

Job Requirements
5+ years of Project Management, Service Management or Sr. Analyst level experience
Must possess deep analytical skills
Must be highly experienced with ITIL principle
Experienced with ASPEN, PowerBI and Smartsheet
Must have excellent English-speaking skills and presentation skills
