**Descrição**:Technical Service manager (TSM) with two main roles: Outage Planning / Scheduling / Resource Management for Long Term Service Agreement, O&M, open market service projects for large steam turbines, gas turbines and local engineer's development (soft/ technical skills). English language level Proficient (must). Conduct full outage planning, incl. Readiness Reviews. Outage lay down planning. Setup project Schedules. Coordinate with other DSOs to Line up & secure lead outage personnel in advance Work with Siemens specialists (e.g. RNA FSP/GS/TS/NDE) and local labor providers to secure personnel for the outages (closer to outage as scope is more definitive) Dispatch own personnel & those from other locations/regions. Finalize commitment. Outage Implementation & Post-Outage Closeout / Warranty: Ability to lead costs Criteria for scoring outages & conducting Rapid RA's Choreograph outages in the district to efficiently use personnel & lead costs. Work with customers on outage scheduling. Ord
