**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**:
The Client Service Manager is a proven results-oriented leader, able to provide relationship management as well as revenue protection and growth. The CSM is a strategic thinker who draws on previous management experience to coordinate a global network of resources in support of comprehensive customer requirements.
- Serve as a single point of contact and trusted partner
- Manage overall service support including: contract negotiations, service escalations, service contract solution development and Avaya/Client relationship building
- 24/7 on-call availability for high severity tickets and critical events
- Align with all service delivery organizations including to design, implement and enforce procedures and policies that define standards for partnerships and service delivery
- Provide and review performance management reports and lead stewardship meetings for the Client
- Develop a working knowledge of all Avaya support systems, tools and products
- Ensure that contract entitlements and commitments are met
- Facilitate all new Value Added sales and service activity as it relates to the Client
- Assume partnership with account team to form a service-based account strategy to drive Avaya revenue and Client results
- Support bi-directional quality feedback programs to internal product and service delivery organizations

**Education**:

- College Degree (BS/BA) or equivalent experience
- Technical background (engineering or engineering management) in Avaya systems or other network/high tech environment

**Experience**:

- 5 - 8 Years of Experience**Footer**:
