**Overview**

**Duties**
- Conduct outbound calling, internet & Linkedin campaigns to generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Utilize warm calling techniques to engage potential customers and build rapport.
- Effectively communicate the value of our products and services to prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted marketing strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the lead generation process.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to enhance outreach efforts.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in telemarketing or outbound calling is preferred.
- Familiarity with technology sales or related industries is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with an ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Proficiency in using software tools for lead tracking and management.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming objections.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
