**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels.
- Cold-call to assist the sales team in acquiring new leads and generate a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and industries.
- Determine viable leads and work with the sales team to focus their efforts on targeted companies.
- Utilize CRM system (NetSuite by Oracle) to track, manage, and analyze lead data for optimal conversion.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Experience in lead generation, cold calling, customer service, or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Warm phone manner and an enthusiastic, energetic self-starter.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
- High-speed internet access is required for the position.
- Home-office space required.

**Work Hours**: Full-time, 8:00AM - 5:00PM (EST)

**Type**:Contractor, paid monthly in USD

**Location**: Remote in South America

**Salary**: Starting $900 USD / month

**Languages**: English - advanced required, French & Spanish - asset
