Colppy es un servicio para PYME y contadores a través de un sistema 100% online de gestión contable y administrativa a muy bajo costo. Estamos en constante crecimiento por lo que estamos buscando un **Customer Support **para sumar a nuestro equipo.

En este rol tus responsabilidades principales serán:

- Realizar de manera continua mejoras en la experiência del usuario.
- Armado y presentación de retrospectivas, y métricas a nível canal (Pymes o contadores).

Brindar capacitaciones a los usuarios de la plataforma para educar en su correcto uso.Como resultados principales esperamos:

- Que tengas ganas de trabajar en equipo y estés abierto al aprendizaje constante, pudiendo también compartir tus conocimientos con el resto del equipo.
- Que estés motivado con nuestros desafíos y que aborden los problemas con una actitud positiva y transparente.

- Carreras afines: Contabilidad (excluyente), Administración de empresas (no excluyente).
- Años de experiência: +1 año en el rol.
- Experiência en el rol: Atención de clientes (Deseable en servicios masivos, recurrentes.) Muy deseable: manejo de CRM, base de datos y seguimiento de métricas.
- Estudios complementarios: Conocimiento contable.
- Idiomas: Inglés (deseable).
