**Sales Operations Manager - Process Automation**:

As a Sales Operations Manager, you will drive the sales performance of Process Automation Business in Buenos Aires specifying and implementing effective sales and business-development initiatives in line with global strategy. You will lead and coach the local sales organization to meet ambitious targets and exceed customer expectations.

**This position reports to**:
Local/Hub Division Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Management of work teams, responsible for managing purchase orders, from their entry to their delivery and invoicing with all the intermediate steps related to logistics support, factory purchase.
- Identifying new business opportunities and creating clear strategies to convert them.
- Coordinating the information flow around sales activities, and providing forecasts and market intelligence to marketing and sales.
- Establishing strong customer relationships and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, including post-sale.
- Conducting contract risk assessments and working closely with relevant parties to mitigate risks.
- Building a robust sales organization through best practices, training, and cross-collaboration.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor´s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related.
- Five years of experience working in similar positions.
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in Project Management.
- Supply chain management.
- Negotiation with internal and external clients.
- Experience working with some ERP is desirable.
- Advanced English level.
- Problem solving, organized and detail oriented.
