Para una Start up Española SaaS B2B en pleno crecimiento a nivel global, buscamos sumar un Senior Sales Team Manager.
Requisitos
Idiomas: Dominio del español e inglés.
Experiencia: Mínimo 5 años en ventas de SaaS, con al menos 3 años en un rol de liderazgo de ventas, gestionando equipos remotos.
Historial de éxito: Demostrada capacidad para cumplir y superar objetivos de ventas en entornos SaaS B2B.
Adaptabilidad: Capacidad para trabajar en entornos dinámicos de startups y ajustarse a prioridades cambiantes.
Liderazgo práctico: Disposición para asumir tareas de AE (demostraciones y cierres) durante los primeros meses.
Conocimientos tecnológicos: Manejo avanzado de sistemas CRM, herramientas de automatización de ventas, IA y colaboración remota
