In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients' users, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our MVP products.


Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating technical problems to our development team when necessary
  • Create and maintain comprehensive FAQ documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve product features and user experience
  • Generate monthly reports and participate in client calls to discuss support metrics and trends

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English (EF score of 74 or higher)
  • Passion for software products and helping users succeed
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think critically
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Semitechnical background, with the ability to understand and escalate technical issues
  • Availability to work fixed hours

Pay:
$800,000.00 per month
