Backoffice Abroad is seeking a qualified professional to join its team in the role of
Customer Success.In this position, you will help ensure clients are successful in their goals.

As the primary point of contact for clients, you will work both strategically and tactically with them to meet short-term milestones and long-term objectives.

You will be at the core of day-to-day operations advocating for the client's needs.

Backoffice Abroad was founded by a lawyer and a business administrator, looking to harness their expertise and relevant local experiences to ensure that demanding employers can find high-quality, yet affordable workers to join their ranks.


Responsibilities:

  • Drive the retention of valued customers.
  • Empathize with customers and care about solving their problems.
  • Collaborate with the internal services team to determine the best solutions for clients' needs.
  • Help develop a client success program
  • Development of the customer engagement/onboarding platform
  • Drive contract renewals and identify opportunities to upsell services.
  • Track renewal rates and related factors to better understand how services can be improved for better retention.
  • Understand and communicate customer trends that could positively or negatively impact the business
  • Understand the client processes and guide the client to a project plan incorporating milestones.
  • Provide firstlevel support to customers

Requirements:

  • Client Success/Client support experience
  • Experience working with SaaS companies
  • Experience working in a technical setting
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and database management
  • Excellent Time Management skills
  • Strong problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work with remote team members
  • Excellent English and communication skills
