Join Our Team as a Customer Success Specialist (Spanish Speaking)

We are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service and fostering relationships. Your main objective on a daily basis will be to impress InEvent's users with your guidance and support, all while maintaining close communication with your team. Your level of experience is not the most crucial factor here; what truly matters is your eagerness to learn and get things done.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide support to InEvent clients through chat, emails, and virtual calls with a high level of energy and attentive listening.
  • Achieve Customer Success Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as response time, average handling time, and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) in all interactions.
  • Recognize customer issues, investigate inquiries, and communicate problems or potential enhancements to the InEvent development team.
  • Stay updated on technology and platform developments constantly.
  • Collaborate with team members to test and enhance performance utilizing the platform.
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the InEvent product.

PRE-REQUISITES

  • Proficient in English for written and verbal communication with a global customer base.
  • Fluency in Spanish is essential.
  • Prior experience in Customer Success or a similar role.
  • Background in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Excellent communication skills and empathy.
  • Ability to adapt to and serve a diverse customer base.
  • Available to work between Tuesday to Sunday, from 12 pm to 8 pm EST.
  • Highly resilient and open to continuous learning in a startup environment.
