El encargado de Support de Customer Success debe dar soporte a dicha área, con la cartera de clientes de los asesores, escucha de llamados, verificación de cumplimiento de procesos,y también dar soporte al team leader del área en lo que requiera.
**Responsabilidades y Tareas**:
Dar soporte al área de Customer Success.
Dar soporte a la team leader.
Escucha de llamados.
Verificación de cumplimiento en el proceso.
Realizar llamados.
La búsqueda es para Auta, nuestra starup una empresa de compra
- venta de autos usados, marcando tendencia en el mercado digital, compras online, contacto online con el cliente

**Requisitos**:
Educación & Experiência.
Experiência en atención al cliente.
Manejo intermedio de Excel.
Conocimiento y Habilidades.
Manejo de Herramientas Básicas Excel o Sheet.
Organización y Planificación.
Adecuación a procesos.
Adaptabilidad al cambio.
Horario Lunes a Viernes de 14hs a 20hs y los Sábado de 10hs a
