Sales Executive
(M/F)

in our Consumer Products Division
Based in Sofia

YOUR ROLE


We're looking for a new colleague (M/F) who will be the part of our Consumer Products Division, having the chance to work for the whole L'Oréal Adria Balkan region.

Position of
Sales Executive requires independent, agile and organized person who will be responsible for:

  • Motivating and managing
    customers within a
    given geographic area.
  • Covering a
    specific brand &
    product portfolio.
  • Achieving
    sales targets and
    qualitative &
    quantitative objectives **set by the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Identifying prospects within the industry and developing
    new business relationships.
  • Organizing the
    routing program and managing
    administrative data
    & information**.
  • Helping customers develop their own business
    :sales,
    merchandising and
    technical assistance**.
  • Staying up to date with
    industry trends,
    competitor activities and
    market conditions to adapt
    sales
    strategies accordingly.

THE IDEAL PROFILE:

  • Has
    up to 2 years of
    similar experience in
    sales:
  • Understanding of
    e-commerce is an advantage
  • Experience in
    planning &
    reporting and understanding of
    P&L is an advantage
  • Holds a
    Bachelor's or a
    Master's Degree:
  • Has excellent
    computer skills **(Microsoft office, Outlook)
  • Fluent in
    English language
  • Has strong
    communication and
    negotiation
    skills:
  • Has a
    growth and
    goal-oriented mindset
    with positive attitude**:
  • Is good at
    recognizing market trends and has an
    entrepreneurship approach:
  • Works with **responsibility
    & autonomy **and is
    good team
    player
