Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Successfully understand Frost & Sullivan's unique value proposition and pitch various solutions and their role in our integrated system called the Growth Pipeline Engine framework
  • Build and maintain client relationships with Clevel executives within existing and new accounts
  • Identify and influence key decisionmakers at all levels within the client organization
  • Create relationship mapping for each prospective customer through proactive business development with the goal of getting deeper and broader in your client engagements
  • Understand specific business issues and needs that clients are potentially facing; Drive targeted informationbased campaigns to build client relationships
  • Collaborate with analytics and advisory peers to maintain a continuous 30,60, and 90day pipeline
  • Effectively use a CRM to accurately document all client activities and communications
  • Manage your accounts' customer satisfaction, retention and account growth
  • Handle inbound and outbound marketing and sales opportunities
  • Participate, as needed, in all aspects of the sale including qualifying activities, client meetings, needs assessments, delivering formal presentations / proposals, and closing new business

Qualifications:

  • 12 year experience selling professional services, with a great track record of success in new business development & relationship management to increase account penetration.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Previous experience gathering business relevant information and generating client interest with a telesales and social media approach
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation English skills with the ability to effectively present ideas and information in a professional business environment
  • Strong CRM discipline, the ability to accurately maintain and forecast pipeline
  • Ability to meet and exceed given targets
  • Strong global crossbusiness teaming skills
  • Ability to foster connections between and among diverse sets of clients or contacts
  • Expertise in lead generation, through social media and other sources
  • Are Wellorganized and detailoriented
  • Take ownership to work independently with remote supervision
  • Can multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • Are disciplined and adhere to highquality standards
  • Is a strategic thinker; understands how operational activities are vital in supporting the overall strategy of the business
