OPPORTUNITY TO EARN IN USD (_after probationary period_)


Frost & Sullivan's Customer Experience team is seeking a Partnership Marketing Executive to identify opportunities for brand integration, keynote presentations, panel moderation and other speaking platforms for Frost & Sullivan's Growth Experts and spokespersons at external industry events.


This position will partner with our Customer Engagement team, Growth Experts, and the wider integrated Customer Experience team to help create and maintain strategic partnerships that drive business growth and deliver value to all parties involved in the designated target industry sectors and geographical regions.


Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential partner organisations, ranging from industry conferences to trade shows and associations, that align with the company's goals and target audience.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements with potential partners, including deliverables underpinning noncommercial marketing collaboration with B2B event organisers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring that both parties derive value from the partnership.
  • Collaborate with partners on marketing campaigns, cobranded initiatives, and promotions to increase brand exposure and drive revenue.
  • Track and analyse the effectiveness of Frost & Sullivan's event partnerships, using data to make informed decisions and optimisations.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits and goals of partnerships to internal teams, ensuring alignment and support.
  • Develop a longterm partnership strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and growth plans.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Come up with innovative ideas and approaches to leverage partnerships for mutual benefit.
  • Complete any additional activities necessary to fulfil the objectives of the position effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in public relations, marketing, and communications, or proven success working in a similar role.
  • Minimum of three to five years' experience in a relevant discipline with a professional services company.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation acumen.
  • An ambitious and driven individual looking to accelerate their career.
  • A proactive selfstarter who shows a willingness to learn but also has the initiative to solve problems independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate across varying audiences.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills to effectively plan, monitor and prioritise workload.
  • Proven ability to operate with agility, impeccable attention to detail and with an analytical mindset.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Are Wellorganized and detailoriented
  • Take ownership to work independently with remote supervision
  • Can multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • Are disciplined and adhere to highquality standards
