Paid Advertising Strategist – Power Digital Marketing Join Power Digital Marketing as a Paid Advertising Strategist. The role is full‑time, mid‑senior level, and involves ownership of performance marketing campaigns across paid social and native advertising platforms. A Day In The Life As the Paid Advertising Strategist you are responsible for owning the execution, performance, and growth of campaigns within your book of business. You focus on the clients’ business success, tie your efforts to broader goals, and autonomously own responsibilities. You work hand‑in‑hand with account leadership to ideate and evolve strategy within the broader media mix and are responsible for reporting, optimizations, client communication, and routine campaign management. Responsibilities Full ownership and execution of performance marketing via paid social & paid media native platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Bing Ads). Effectively execute builds and production A‑Z with redundancy across channels, facilitating production with Specialists where applicable. Lead execution of optimizations to improve performance relative to goals. Manage all client budgets and/or advise on budget changes based on your expertise. Own strategic communication internally for client teams. Proactive internal communication with team on performance, strategy, recommendations, deliverables, and action items; facilitate tactical needs with Specialists where applicable. Weekly client progress recaps, outlining performance insights and future recommendations. Excellent marketing and business strategy acumen; complete understanding of the marketing funnel and how to execute via paid social and paid media. Full understanding of the eCommerce model and lead‑gen strategies; ability to navigate roadblocks and adapt strategy to achieve desired results. Ownership of performance reporting and strategy communication; execute performance reporting A‑Z with excellent presentation creation capabilities. Leverage data to tell a story and articulate results to clients and key stakeholders with clear next steps. Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes. Utilize and leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department. Role Requirements 2‑3 years of digital marketing experience. 1‑2 years in an agency setting. Minimum 2 years of experience with Direct Response marketing; specifically in E‑Commerce, Lead Gen or B2B. Minimum 2 years of experience with Meta Ads for direct response campaigns. Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with Search Engine Marketing (keyword research, ad copy development, bid optimization). Significant campaign management experience in one or more of the following additional campaign types: Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns & Bing Ads. Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s). Proficiency in Google Analytics. Strong understanding of full‑funnel marketing and paid media’s place in the funnel. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and project management skills. Self‑motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed. Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly and independently. Interested in a long‑lasting relationship with a growing company.
