Paid Advertising Strategist – Power Digital Marketing Power Digital is a tech‑enabled growth firm igniting revenue and brand recognition for leading companies worldwide. Responsibilities Own execution, performance, and growth of paid campaigns within your book of business. Full ownership and execution of performance marketing via paid social & paid media native platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Bing Ads). Lead optimizations and budget management, ensuring strategic communication with client teams. Develop and optimize keyword research, ad copy, bid strategies, and routine campaign management for direct response objectives. Deliver weekly progress recaps, performance insights, and future recommendations. Employ AI technologies to enhance business processes and leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem. Qualifications 2-3 years digital marketing experience; 1-2 years agency setting. Minimum 2 years direct response marketing (E‑Commerce, Lead Gen, B2B) and 2 years Meta Ads, 2 years Search Engine Marketing. Hands‑on experience with campaign development and optimization: bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy, Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display, Local & Bing Ads. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google/Microsoft Office suite. Strong written and verbal communication, project organization, self‑motivation, and ability to learn quickly.
