We value diversity and are committed to a people‑first culture. Role Overview As a Paid Advertising Strategist you own the execution, performance and growth of campaigns within your book of business. You are client‑centered, autonomous, and work hand‑in‑hand with account leadership to evolve strategy and deliver measurable results. Responsibilities Full ownership and execution of performance marketing via paid social and paid media native platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Bing Ads). Lead end‑to‑end build and production with redundancy across channels and facilitation with Specialists where applicable. Lead optimizations to improve performance relative to goals. Manage all client budgets and advise on budget changes. Own strategic communication internally for client teams and proactive internal communication with team on performance, strategy and recommendations. Weekly client progress recaps, outlining performance insights and future recommendations. Leverage AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes and utilize Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem. Role Requirements 2‑3 years of digital marketing experience. 1‑2 years in agency setting. Minimum 2 years of experience with Direct Response marketing in E‑Commerce, Lead Gen or B2B. Minimum 2 years of experience with Meta Ads for direct response campaigns. Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with Search Engine Marketing, including bid optimization, keyword research and ad copy development. Significant campaign management experience in Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns & Bing Ads. Proficiency in Google, Microsoft Office Suite and Google Analytics. Strong written and verbal communication, organizational and project management skills. Self‑motivated, strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly and independently. Key Performance Indicators $9.5k team‑member EBITDAMaintain below 10% Client Churn Rate. 5‑7 Accounts. Most Important Things (MITs) Excellence in channel production and account performance. Cross‑channel collaboration. Internal communication.
