Responsibilities Own execution, performance, and growth of paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Bing Ads, and other native platforms. Develop and optimize key campaign elements such as keyword research, ad copy, bid strategies, and routine campaign management. Provide strategic insights and forward‑thinking recommendations to clients on an ongoing basis. Build and execute end‑to‑end campaign builds and production cycles with SMEs and Specialists. Manage client budgets, advise on budget changes, and lead performance optimizations to meet business goals. Communicate progress, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal teams on a weekly basis. Own performance reporting, data analysis, and storytelling to stakeholders. Leverage AI technologies and Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem to enhance business processes. Role Requirements 2–3 years of digital marketing experience. 1–2 years in an agency setting. Minimum 2 years of experience with direct‑response marketing (e‑commerce, lead gen, or B2B). Minimum 2 years with Meta Ads for direct‑response campaigns. Minimum 2 years of hands‑on Search Engine Marketing experience (bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy). Experience managing campaigns such as Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, and Bing Ads. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Analytics. Strong written and verbal communication, organizational and project‑management skills. Self‑motivated, high work ethic, and ability to learn quickly. Strong understanding of full‑funnel marketing and paid media’s place in the funnel. Key Performance Indicators $9.5k team‑member EBITDA; maintain below 10% client churn rate 5–7 accounts per strategist Mission: Excellence, Communication, Culture Excellence in channel production and account performance.
