Key Responsibilities Full ownership and execution of performance marketing via paid social & paid media native platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Bing Ads). Effectively execute builds & production A‑Z with redundancy across channels; facilitate production with Specialists where applicable. Lead execution of optimizations with regards to performance improvements relative to goals. Manage all client budgets and/or advise on budget changes based on expertise. Effectively own strategic communication internally for client teams. Proactive internal communication with team on performance, strategy, recommendations, deliverables & action items; facilitate tactical needs with Specialist where applicable. Weekly client progress recaps, outlining performance insights & future recommendations. Excellent marketing & business strategy acumen; complete understanding of the marketing funnel & how to execute via paid social & paid media. Full understanding of the eCommerce model & lead gen strategies. Ability to navigate roadblocks & adapt strategy to changes in landscape to achieve desired results. Ownership of performance reporting & strategy communication; execute performance reporting A‑Z with excellent presentation creation capabilities. Leverage data to tell a story & articulate results to clients & key stakeholders with clear next steps. Employ AI technologies to enhance & optimize business processes. Utilize & leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department. Qualifications & Requirements 2‑3 years of digital marketing experience. 1‑2 years in an agency setting. Minimum 2 years of experience with Direct Response marketing; specifically in E‑Commerce, Lead Gen or B2B. Minimum 2 years of experience with Meta Ads for direct response campaigns. Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with Search Engine Marketing. Specifically having experience with campaign development & optimization processes (bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy development). Significant campaign management experience in one or more of the following additional campaign types: Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns & Bing Ads. Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s). Proficiency in Google Analytics. Strong understanding of full‑funnel marketing & paid media's place in the funnel. Strong written & verbal communication skills. Strong organizational & project management skills. Self‑motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed. Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong work ethic & ability to learn quickly & independently. Interested in a long‑lasting relationship with a growing company.
