Paid Media Strategist – Power Digital Marketing Power Digital Marketing is a tech‑enabled growth firm at the intersection of marketing, consulting and data intelligence, delivering revenue and brand recognition for leading companies worldwide. Job Overview As a Paid Media Strategist, you will own the execution, performance and growth of cross‑channel paid media services within your book of business, servicing complex enterprise‑level accounts and driving B2B marketing growth. Key Responsibilities Manage paid search campaigns for enterprise clients, including daily optimizations and high‑level strategic changes. Provide intelligent analysis, insights and action plans tying performance to business impact using campaign data and client source of truth KPIs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Participate in weekly department scrums, training sessions and channel knowledge development. Seek continuous improvement of campaign performance against client goals. Maintain frequent, excellent communication with internal teams and assigned clients. Utilize AI and outsource resources to assist workflow wherever possible. Participate in development of new department training materials and employ AI technologies to enhance processes. Required Qualifications 3–4 years of digital marketing experience in an agency setting. 2+ years in an agency, with deep knowledge of ABM‑specific DSPs (Demandbase, 6Sense, Terminus, etc.). Strong understanding of intent data integration across channel strategies. Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with paid media channels, including campaign development and optimization on large, enterprise‑level accounts. Experience managing complex client org structures (multi‑brand, multi‑product, long sales cycle) in B2B eCommerce, hybrid and sales‑led organizations. Significant campaign management experience in LinkedIn, Performance Max, Bing Ads, ABM DSPs and at least 3 additional campaign types (YouTube Ads, Meta, Display, Local, Content Syndication). Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics and funnel marketing expertise. Strong ability to formulate meaningful insights from marketing data. Key Performance Indicators Maintain below 10% client churn rate across 4–6 complex accounts. Achieve $13.5k team‑member EBITDAMaintain.
