Position Title Senior Paid Media Strategist (Media Strategist) Job Description A day in the life of the Senior Paid Media Strategist: You own the execution, performance, and growth of cross‑channel paid media campaigns for our enterprise‑level book of business. You manage complex B2B accounts, navigate client questions, and align media strategy with broader business goals. You work closely with the Client Services team, provide strategy, reporting, optimization, and clear communication to executives. Responsibilities Manage paid search campaigns for enterprise‑level clients, including daily optimisations and high‑level strategy changes. Provide intelligent analysis, insights, and action plans based on campaign performance data and client‑specific KPIs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Participate in weekly department scrums and training sessions to deepen channel knowledge. Continuously seek to improve campaign performance against client goals. Maintain frequent and excellent communication with internal teams and external clients. Utilise AI and outsourcing resources to optimise workflow wherever possible. Contribute to the development of new training materials for the department. Employ AI technologies to enhance business processes. Leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department. Key Performance Indicators Team‑member EBITA: $13.5k Maintain below 10% client churn rate. Manage 4–6 complex/large accounts (top 100 of the agency). Requirements 3–4 years of digital marketing experience. 2+ years in an agency setting. Experience with ABM‑specific DSPs and supporting platforms (Demandbase, 6Sense, Terminus, etc.). Deep understanding of intent data from multiple platforms and how to integrate into channel strategies. Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with Paid Media channels. Experience with campaign development and optimisation (bid optimisation, keyword research, ad copy on large accounts). Experience working with complex client org structures (multi‑brand, multi‑product, long sales cycle). Significant management experience in campaign types: LinkedIn, Performance Max, Bing Ads, ABM DSPs, YouTube Ads, Meta, Display, Local, Content Syndication, etc. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Microsoft Office Suite, and funnel marketing knowledge. Strong ability to formulate meaningful insights from marketing data beyond just statistics. Most Important Things (MITs) Excellence in channel production and account performance.
