Product overview: Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem analyzes businesses through first-party data, helping with investment planning for marketing and diligence in M&A, and enabling marketers to be strategic in the decision-making process. Our team includes consultants, creatives, analysts and technologists who challenge traditional planning and measurement approaches through testing and data science across the customer journey. Role overview: The Paid Media Strategist is responsible for owning the execution, performance, and growth of cross-channel marketing services within their book of business. They service complex, enterprise-level accounts and are highly regarded for mastery of Paid Media advertising within the B2B marketing space. The Senior Strategist excels under pressure, handles probing client questions and account issues, and understands a variety of B2B go-to-market strategies, cross-channel strategy, and how services impact the broader media mix. They communicate effectively with executives and work in lockstep with the Client Services team to own strategy, reporting, optimizations, client communications, and campaign execution, sometimes with the support of a Specialist. The Senior Strategist provides ongoing insights and forward-thinking strategy with a deep understanding of service nuances and levers to drive performance. Responsibilities: Manage paid search campaigns for enterprise-level clients, including daily optimizations and high-level strategy changes Provide intelligent analysis, insights, interpretation, and action plans based on campaign performance data and client-specific KPI data (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to tie performance to business impact Participate in weekly department scrums and training sessions to deepen channel knowledge Continuously seek to improve campaign performance against client goals Maintain frequent and excellent communication with internal agency teams and assigned clients Utilize available AI and outsourced resources to assist workflow wherever possible Contribute to development of new department training materials Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes Leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department Qualifications (Requirements): 3-4 years of digital marketing experience 2+ years in an agency setting Experience in ABM-specific DSPs and supporting platforms (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense, Terminus) Deep understanding of intent data and how to integrate into channel strategies Minimum 3 years of hands-on Paid Media experience across channels Experience with enterprise-level campaign development and optimization (bid management, keyword research, ad copy) Experience with complex client org structures (multi-brand, multi-product, long sales cycle) in B2B ecommerce, hybrid, and sales-led organizations Significant campaign management experience in at least: LinkedIn, Performance Max, Bing Ads, ABM DSPs (Demandbase, 6sense, Terminus) Experience with at least 3 of: YouTube Ads, Meta, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, Content Syndication Proficiency with Google/Microsoft Office and Google Analytics Strong understanding of funnel marketing and paid media’s role in the marketing funnel Ability to generate meaningful insights from marketing data and tell a data-driven story Other notes: KPI targets include a $13.5k team-member EBITDAMinimum churn rate and managing a select set of complex accounts Power Digital is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
