Responsibilities Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level is required for this role. As the Paid Advertising Strategist, you are responsible for owning the execution, performance, and growth of campaigns within your book of business. You are oriented towards the client\'s business success, tying your efforts to the greater business goals. You are self-started and autonomously own your responsibilities. You work hand-in-hand with account leadership to ideate and evolve the strategy of your service within the broader media mix. You are responsible for owning reporting, optimizations, client communication, and execution of keyword research, ad copy development, bid optimizations, and routine campaign management, sometimes with the support of a Specialist. As the Strategist, you provide insights and forward-thinking strategy to clients on an ongoing basis, with a strong understanding of the service\'s strategy and optimization levers to drive performance. Lead execution of optimizations with regards to performance improvements relative to goals. Manage all client budgets and/or advise on budget changes based on expertise. Effectively own strategic communication internally for client teams; proactive internal communication on performance, strategy, recommendations, deliverables, and action items; coordinate tactical needs with Specialists where applicable. Provide weekly client progress recaps with performance insights and future recommendations. Remain up-to-date with marketing and business strategy concepts; maintain full understanding of the marketing funnel and how to execute via paid social and paid media. Demonstrate strong understanding of the eCommerce model and lead generation strategies. Navigate roadblocks and adapt strategy to changes in landscape to achieve desired results. Own performance reporting and strategy communication; execute reporting A-Z with strong presentation capabilities. Leverage data to tell a story and articulate results to clients and stakeholders with clear next steps. Utilize AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes; integrate with Power Digital\'s Nova ecosystem as it relates to the department. Qualifications 2-3 years of digital marketing experience. 1-2 years in an agency setting. Minimum 2 years of Direct Response marketing experience, specifically in E-Commerce, Lead Gen or B2B. Minimum 2 years of experience with Meta Ads for direct response campaigns. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing, including campaign development and optimization processes (bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy development). Significant campaign management experience in at least one of: Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, Bing Ads. Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite; proficiency in Google Analytics. Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and paid media\'s role in the funnel. Strong written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational and project management skills. Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed; ability to learn quickly and independently. Interest in a long-lasting relationship with a growing company.
