Role Overview As the Paid Advertising Strategist, you own the execution, performance and growth of campaigns within your book of business. You are self‑started, autonomously own responsibilities and work hand‑in‑hand with account leadership to ideate and evolve the strategy of your service within the broader media mix. Key Responsibilities Full ownership and execution of performance marketing via paid social and paid media native platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Bing Ads). Lead execution of optimizations and manage all client budgets, advising on budget changes based on expertise. Proactively communicate internally and with clients on performance, strategy, recommendations and deliverables. Own performance reporting and strategy communication, creating presentations that leverage data to tell a story. Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes and leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem. Qualifications and Experience 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, 1-2 years in an agency setting. Minimum 2 years of experience with Direct Response marketing (E‑Commerce, Lead Gen or B2B) and Meta Ads for direct response campaigns. Hands‑on experience with Search Engine Marketing: bid optimization, keyword research and ad copy development. Strong understanding of full‑funnel marketing and paid media’s place in the funnel. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google/Microsoft Office Suite and Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem. Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational and project management skills, self‑motivation and ability to learn quickly. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Maintain below 10% client churn rate. Drive EBITD and revenue growth for a 5-7 account portfolio. Excellence in channel production and account performance.
