Learning Sales Manager

We are looking for aLearning Sales Managerwho thrives in a build-from-zero environment — someone meticulous, data-driven, and passionate about growing a high-impact business in the corporate learning space. This role will lead the go-to-market efforts for Tudip Learning, establish sales processes, and drive customer acquisition for enterprise learning solutions. You’ll be both astrategic architectand anindividual contributor, setting the foundation for future growth while closing key deals yourself. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Learning business, targeting enterprise clients and training partners. Build the sales infrastructure from the ground up — CRM setup, pipeline tracking, proposals, pricing models, and forecasting. Generate and qualify leads through outbound outreach, partnerships, and industry networking. Manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to proposal to close — with a consultative and value-based approach. Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to tailor learning solutions to client needs. Build relationships with L&D leaders, HR heads, and business unit managers across industries. Define and track KPIs for revenue growth, conversion rates, and client retention. Provide market insights to influence product roadmap and service design. Establish scalable documentation, playbooks, and performance standards for future sales hires. What We're Looking For 3-5 years of experience inB2B sales, ideally within learning and US market Proven record of driving business growth from early stages or greenfield initiatives. Strong understanding ofenterprise learning solutions, learning management systems (LMS), and corporate training programs. Meticulous in managing details — proposals, client communication, and follow-ups. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders. High accountability, self-motivation, and comfort operating with limited structure initially. Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and sales analytics.
