Sales Manager – Southern Cone Region (incl. Paraguay) - Diagnostics

The role

We're looking for a dynamic and driven
Sales Manager
to lead growth in the Southern Cone region, including Paraguay. Based in Buenos Aires, you will play a key role in expanding the company's footprint, building strong customer and distributor relationships, and ensuring sustainable revenue growth. This role is ideal for a
go-getter
who thrives on challenges, takes initiative, and has the passion to grow in the diagnostic space.

The responsibilities

  • Drive sales activities and business growth across Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay, and Chile.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with laboratories, hospitals, clinics, and distributors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical support, logistics, regulatory) to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless delivery.
  • Report regularly on sales pipeline, performance, and market trends to the VP Commercial Operations.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and training sessions in the region.

The person

  • Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of sales experience
    in diagnostics or the broader medical technology industry.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive market growth.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (essential); Portuguese a plus.
  • Distributor management experience would be an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the Southern Cone.
