Hi there We are South and our client is looking for a Senior Account Manager . Note To Applicants Eligibility: This position is open to candidates residing in Latin America. We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager – someone with deep experience in digital marketing, who loves working closely with clients and a team. You’ll be responsible for driving client satisfaction, increasing cross‑sell opportunities, and reducing churn. More Specifically, You Will Handle major accounts, acting as a strategic partner for key clients. Drive growth by upselling and cross‑selling digital marketing services. Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring long‑term partnerships. Oversee client strategy, ensuring campaigns align with their business goals. Conduct regular business reviews and performance analysis for clients. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes. We’re looking for someone who’s positive, highly organized, and thrives under pressure. You should be a great communicator, resilient, and always looking for ways to improve things. If you’re also ambitious, persistent, and passionate about digital marketing, we’d love to hear from you Working Hours ⏰ This is a full‑time role, and we’d love for you to have as much overlap with EST as possible, ideally working until at least 2‑3 PM EST. To Excel In This Role, You Need To Have 4+ years of experience in account management at a digital ad agency, ideally in a senior role. Proven track record of growing client accounts and increasing revenue. Experience working with US clients. Strong negotiation, relationship‑building, and leadership skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to juggle multiple accounts while ensuring client success. Working knowledge of advertising technologies, programmatic media, AI‑driven marketing, and performance analytics. Brownie Points For Experience in media planning and data‑driven marketing strategies. Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), Google Analytics, and CRM software. Experience managing accounts in healthcare or dental industries. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field. Experience managing and motivating a team.
