Join to apply for the Senior Sales Account Manager role at Ideamine Technologies (Acquired by Netrix Global) About the Opportunity Netrix Global is looking to incorporate a Senior Sales Account Manager to join the Data & IA, Cloud and Development Professional Services team. This person will provide growth and development of the organization through the sale of services and technological solutions/consulting (Data & IA, Cloud + Dev) for Argentina. The responsibilities will include driving revenue, adoption and market penetration in enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate will possess technical and sales expertise that allows them to engage CXO-level stakeholders, software developers, IT architects, and infrastructure leaders. A consultative sales approach is expected: prioritizing relationships, account/opportunity planning, stakeholder mapping, BANT, etc. You should be an entrepreneur prepared to develop and execute the account coverage plan and consistently meet quarterly revenue goals. Responsibilities Drive revenue, generate sales contracts and market share in a defined account territory Meet or exceed quarterly/yearly revenue targets Promote Netrix Global offerings (Migration & DevOps, Security, Development, Data & IA, MSP, IoT, etc.) to the market Develop the plan/forecast, participate in defining sales targets Develop and execute a comprehensive account/territory plan Manage sales processes and CRM pipeline: keep updated Participate in sales meetings, coordinate agendas with clients/Netrix Global team, document in internal tools (CRM, APN, etc.), produce presentations and proposals Ensure end-to-end compliance in the proposal process from lead/BANT to transition to operations Create, coordinate, and articulate compelling value propositions for Netrix Global services Price and manage proposal process Accelerate customer adoption by interacting with C-level and stakeholders Maintain a solid recurring sales flow Work with partners to expand reach and drive adoption Build and manage strategic relationships with key accounts Ensure customer satisfaction Collaborate with marketing and executive management on demand generation strategy Identify new accounts, expand installed base, generate commercial activities such as Immersion Day, Round Tables Qualifications 3-5 years of technology-related sales or business development experience Client-facing: 3-5 years working with enterprise accounts (highly desirable to own customer base) Excellent client communication skills, empathy, and understanding Ability to translate customer needs to technical pre‑sales teams Knowledge of the technology market and Cloud computing (highly desirable) Proactively understand technological trends to design better solutions Fluent in Spanish; English is highly desirable (verbal and written) Preferably knowledge of cloud technologies, especially AWS (not exclusive) Demonstrated sales leadership, autonomy and independence Location Buenos Aires, Argentina Shift 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Friday What We Offer Swiss Medical: SMG‑30 (family members included) AWS certifications 99% discount on MercadoPago payments Internet and connectivity support Competitive salary and benefits English in company Remote work capability Learning environment for professional development About Us At Netrix Global we live by our values: We Own Outcomes, Win Together, Make an Impact, Enjoy the Journey, and Respect All We are a mission‑driven organization focused on providing the people, processes, and technology needed to run and scale modern, data‑driven businesses.
