About the Role Senior Hybrid Account Manager: This hybrid role involves overall account management, development, and sales revenue growth for a set of multi‑national accounts, supporting solution development and delivery. You will drive new business, engage executive customers, and create value with Orange solutions. Key Accountabilities Overall client management, account development, growth, relationship and sales development. Drive growth in revenue, margin and number of services by increasing customer satisfaction and developing strategic relationships. Engage customers to understand their strategy and develop a roadmap aligning Orange services. Develop multi‑level relationships to deliver innovative solutions that provide value. Map customer requirements to industry trends and Orange solutions. Ensure customer engagement and responsiveness through periodic reviews. Maintain accurate reporting in Salesforce/Customer Links, revenue forecast and sales reports. Sales & Pipeline Responsibilities Significantly grow revenues year over year in line with targets. Manage opportunities through the Global Bid Process and Qualification Deal Acceptance Committee. Lead deal shaping, providing customer interface for creativity and financing solutions. Maximize deal size by adding additional services per sale. Update and manage territory pipeline activity. Secure qualified deals that meet TCV, margin, and revenue targets. Act as an opportunity lead across teams. Build a 3‑year business plan to double business in Argentina. About You (Abilities) Engage and partner with customers. Recognize key business drivers and challenges. Quantify and articulate costs/benefits of IT solutions. Develop TCO and risk assessment documentation. Good knowledge of OEM ecosystem (Cisco, Fortinet, Microsoft, etc.). Strategic thinking, customer engagement, and sales forecasting. Education, Qualifications, and Certifications Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent). Desirable: MBA or relevant graduate degree. Membership in related professional organizations. Certifications/accreditations in relevant areas. Experience Minimum 5 years of consultative selling and relationship management within multi‑national companies. Proven track record in selling high‑value services. Understanding of industry sector and associated strategies (desirable). Development of key partner/vendor relationships to maximize integrated solutions.
