Location: Buenos Aires You Will Managing portfolio of clients independently with focus on large clients Supporting campaigns through the whole lifecycle Ensuring client satisfaction and high retention Regular performance reporting to clients, persuasive QBR presentations for large clients Ensuring timely payments Negotiating business terms and doing upsell Pushing optimizations to meet client goals and internal goals Internal reporting on campaigns and individual performance Mentoring for junior colleagues (new AMs and jAMs) in campaign management area Driving company-wide or local projects in account management Building expertise and being go-to person in some areas of knowledge Desired Experience Experience with account management and dealing with large clients Experience with programmatic/retargeting Persuasive communication, experience in negotiations and presentations Strong problem solving skills, quantitative skills, very good command of Excel Good track record, success cases in the previous role(s) Strong and clear motivation, being able to self-motivate Available to go to the office in buenos aires twice a week Native in Spanish with fluency in English Availability to travel 5-15% We Offer Opportunity to gain experience in the field of RTB House, the fastest growing, thriving area of online advertising; Competitive salary in USD; A chance to be a part of a team that shapes the future of online marketing globally; Opportunity to work in a truly international environment.
