Descripción del empleo
Tenemos una oportunidad para vos: Estamos buscando Sales Performance Specialist para nuestro equipo de Sales Regional basado en Argentina.
Analizar y entender en profundidad las métricas de performance de los equipos comerciales y de nuestros partners a través de un enfoque data-driven, presentando información procesada a los stakeholders relevantes de todos los niveles mediante las herramientas adecuadas para cada audiencia. Entender en detalle las principales problemáticas de los equipos comerciales y partners en PedidosYa en cada mercado donde operamos, identificando oportunidades de mejora para seguir mejorando resultados e impactando positivamente en la experiencia de todos los integrantes de nuestro ecosistema. Desarrollar, ejecutar y alinear procesos, información y soluciones tecnológicas para ayudar a construir una experiencia 100% digital y escalable. Tomar la iniciativa garantizando un ritmo rápido de testeos de nuevas prácticas y funcionalidades, velando por documentar, implementar y compartir los aprendizajes. Analizar, planificar y ejecutar proyectos cross-funcionales y estratégicos para el área comercial, trabajando en coordinación con distintas áreas dentro de PedidosYa (Global, Ventas, Finanzas, Revenue, Tecnología, y BI, entre otras). Ser el eje entre las necesidades locales y regionales, a su vez, mantener una mesa de trabajo fluida y dinámica con los equipos globales. Ser responsable en la planificación y ejecución de estrategias que ayuden a nuestros equipos comerciales a mejorar, y a que nuestros partners alcancen una óptima performance en nuestro ecosistema.
Requisitos
Profesionales graduados de carreras como economía, ingeniería, administración, o afines. Dos o más años de experiencia en posiciones de estrategia de negocio, análisis de datos, liderazgo de proyectos, o afines. Inglés intermedio. Conocimiento avanzado de Excel y manejo de bases de datos, SQL u otras herramientas de Data Analytics como Tableau, Data Studio, Looker. Habilidades de planificación y orientación a resultados. Mentalidad data driven, con capacidad para generar diferentes análisis.
