In collaboration, we are seeking a Business Development Manager with expertise in SMEs and KOLs to drive expansion and build high-value partnerships. In this impactful role, you will be central to increasing our platform's reach, focusing on strategic 0-1 market growth and creating lasting industry connections.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to build partnerships with SMEs, targeting market share growth
  • Lead and manage the BD team, setting and achieving ambitious goals
  • Expand network connections in the Payment and SME sectors
  • Analyze and adapt strategies based on market trends to maintain a competitive advantage
  • Demonstrate results-driven BD performance, optimizing growth processes for maximum impact

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in Business Development
  • Extensive network in Payments and SMEs familiarity with digital currency industry a plus
  • Proven experience in managing a team, with strong leadership and strategic vision
  • Success stories in 0-1 market expansion
  • Highly goal-oriented, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure
  • Proficiency in English, with additional languages advantageous
