We're seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team at Nearshore Business Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our client base in the USA.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive sales efforts and lead management.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and introducing new services where applicable.
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and track performance metrics to support strategic planning and drive revenue growth.
- Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system for efficient tracking and reporting.
- Excellent command of English, both speaking and writing.
- A minimum of 5-7 years' experience as an Account Executive.
- Experience working with US clients.
- Demonstrated success in the digital marketing industry.
- Previous success in sales, supported by measurable results.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- A 5/2 work schedule from 9 AM to 6 PM CST.
- Competitive salary (range of $2,000 - $3,000 USD per month OTE).
- 20 working days of paid time off per annum.
- 5 working days of paid absence due to medical reasons per annum.
- Paid time off during US public holidays.
