Role Description

This is a full-time, remote position for a Sales Manager specialized in Gas Equipment, based in Argentina or neighboring countries.

The Sales Manager will lead sales operations for the industrial gas and natural gas product line, develop and execute sales strategies to drive sustainable business growth, and build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and a strong customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

Proven sales and relationship management expertise, with the ability to build long-term client partnerships and negotiate commercial contracts effectively.


• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders at all levels.


• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience, including coordination of sales teams and cross-functional collaboration.


• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to design, execute, and optimize successful sales strategies aligned with business objectives.


• Results-driven mindset with the ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.


• Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales management tools to track opportunities, manage pipelines, and support data-driven decision-making.


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).


• Industry experience in industrial gases, natural gas, LNG, hydrogen, or gas-related equipment is highly desirable.


• Professional English proficiency (written and spoken); Spanish or Portuguese is a plus for regional roles.
