Role Description

The Sales Manager LATAM (IT Services) will focus on driving business growth by identifying and developing new sales opportunities within the LATAM region, focusing on IT services. Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, and ensuring client satisfaction. The manager will also collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to customer needs and achieve revenue targets. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Buenos Aires, offering flexibility to work from home in conjunction with on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales and business development skills in IT services markets within the LATAM region
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation abilities
  • Experience in market research, data analysis, and sales strategy implementation
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align client solutions
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in hybrid or regional sales management roles is a plus
