How will you make an impact?

Within this role, you'll play a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth processing of orders and customer requests. Your focus will be on delivering high service standards, maintaining data accuracy, and driving customer satisfaction.

Some of your key responsibilities will include;

  • Coordinate with sales, production, local authorities, and transport to ensure on-time, compliant order delivery.
  • Maintain and update customer master data in SAP, supporting accurate records and reporting.
  • Proactively resolve logistics issues and provide solutions for delivery deviations or customer transportation complaints.
  • Prepare and present sales and customer care reports using AFI BI and other systems for management review.
  • Act as a key liaison with Marketing for lead follow-up status and provide back-up support for colleagues as needed.

What will make you successful?

The ideal candidate will be educated at Bachelor Level or be an advanced student in Administration, Finance, Logistics, or a related field. You will bring at least two years of experience in Customer Care, Sales, Commercial, or similar areas, with logistics knowledge as a plus. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset are essential, along with fluency in Spanish and English.Note Portuguese is an advantage.

We are looking for a respectful team player who can also work independently, with excellent planning and organizational skills. The ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and maintain good time management are essential.
